Responsibilities include :

• Receive inquiry calls and assist callers in scheduling face-to-face assessments or triage to appropriate community referrals.
• Assess or ensure assessment by a qualified mental health professional for patients seeking treatment.
• Screen for medical and behavioral emergency conditions.
• Provide comprehensive assessments and quality therapeutic care for patients with substance abuse, dual diagnosis, or psychiatric / emotional disorders.
• Coordinate with the clinical team / on-call physician to ensure patient needs are met.
• Interpret treatment to patients and families to facilitate acceptance of care.
• Complete administrative processes for admission and precertification of care with external payers, as necessary.

• LSW, LPC, or RN license in good standing.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Medic systems.
• CPR and CPI certified within 30 days.
• Flu shot required
