In this fast-paced and multifaceted role, you will play a vital part in helping patients achieve their health goals. Working under the clinic physician's guidance, as set forth by Medi Weightloss Clinics®, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, conducting thorough physical exams, and documenting progress to ensure the best outcomes.

Essential Job Functions:

• Gather and assess comprehensive medical and psychosocial histories to tailor personalized patient care.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations and review laboratory studies, including ECGs and diagnostic procedures.
• Adhere to state and federal guidelines while expertly prescribing and dispensing FDA-approved appetite suppressants.
• Monitor patients' progress diligently and adjust care plans accordingly for optimal results.
• Maintain meticulous documentation for patient care and medication management.
• Facilitate seamless referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities, maintaining open communication for collaborative care.
• Provide valuable training to both clinical and non-clinical staff as needed to elevate our services continually.
• Record detailed patient progress notes in the patient chart and/or EMR system.
• Engage in insightful consultations with patients, guiding them through the transformative Medi Weightloss Clinics® program.
• Fulfill other clinical duties as required, showcasing your versatility and dedication to patient well-being.
• Reach out to patients through thoughtful follow-up calls, offering encouragement and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Extend ongoing support to foster clinic business growth and success, embodying our commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

• Specific degree and license requirements as mandated by the state of Connecticut for NP/PA/APRN candidates.
