- Coordinate the efficient organization and delivery of digital media assets for assigned projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand specific media asset requirements.
- Catalogue and mange metadata. Ensuring all digital assets are tagged accurately and are easily retrievable.
- Ensure consistent metadata practices aligning with industry standards.
- Implement workflows to optimize media production and delivery processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits of media libraries to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Implement measures to ensure the quality and relevance of digital assets.
- Work closely with content creators and project teams to address asset needs.
- Provide guidance on media asset management protocols
- Proven experience as a Media Asset Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in implementing and maintaining media asset management systems.
- Familiarity with metadata organization and industry best practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of video editing tools like Premiere is a plus.
- Awareness of video content and technical format best practice on all video platforms
