Overview:

Join our dynamic team dedicated to upholding the highest standards in quality management. As a Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our products and processes. You will be part of a forward-thinking organization that values continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead quality assurance initiatives, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

- Oversee inspection processes and manage corrective actions to resolve quality issues.

- Utilize SPC analysis and gage R&R studies to monitor and improve product quality.

- Conduct internal audits to assess and enhance the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).

- Implement cost reduction strategies through process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.

- Strong understanding of quality systems and ISO standards.

- Proficient in using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other inspection tools.

- Excellent analytical skills for evaluating complex data and implementing corrective actions.

- Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles.

- Experience in leading and conducting quality audits.

- Ability to develop and execute effective quality assurance strategies.

- Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts.
