Description: Our client is currently seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst:
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving business process improvements and efficiency within Salesforce. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to understand business needs, analyze systems, and translate requirements into data-driven solutions.
This Job Will Have The Following ResponsibilitiesRequirements Elicitation and Documentation:
- Work closely with stakeholders to define business priorities.
- Collect, analyze, and document detailed functional and technical requirements, ensuring measurable acceptance criteria.
- Be the bridge between IT and business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication.
- Perform gap fit analyses between business requirements and out-of-the-box features in internal systems applications.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to leverage existing features while thoughtfully customizing to maximize efficiency and minimize maintenance costs.
- Assist in managing sprints and product backlog in an Agile environment.
- Support testing resources by ensuring test scripts are in place.
- Define and execute functional and user acceptance test plans.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system functions and usage.
- Act as the “voice of the customer” during stand-ups and prioritize tasks for successful delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including the executive team.
- Experience: At least 5 years in systems development, business analysis, and cross-functional projects.
- Business Background: Exposure to eCommerce, product management, marketing, or operations.
- Salesforce Expertise: Minimum of 2 years working with Salesforce.com platforms.
- Requirements Gathering: Proven ability to gather and assess requirements for both technical and business applications.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, bridging the gap between technical and business professionals.
- Salesforce CPQ Experience: Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes.
- Salesforce Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Salesforce.com configurations, architecture, and implementation best practices.
- Systems Technical Orientation: Exceptional technical acumen related to systems and software.
- Complex Business Systems Analysis: Demonstrated experience in analyzing complex integrated internal business systems.
- Business Acumen: A solid grasp of business operations and processes.
- Systemic Thinking: Highly effective systemic thinking skills to identify interconnected patterns and relationships.
- Adaptability: Willingness to wear multiple hats and adapt to changing priorities to meet deadlines.
