Caregiver Wanted for Female with Advanced Dementia: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to provide comprehensive care to a female individual with advanced dementia. Responsibilities include:

• Medication Management: Reminders and assistance with medication administration
• Meal Preparation and Feeding: Preparing and serving meals, as well as feeding assistance
• Toileting: Assistance with using the bathroom, incontinence care, and maintaining hygiene
• Dressing: Assistance with getting dressed and undressed
• Showering: Assistance with bathing and maintaining personal hygiene
• Mobility Assistance: Helping with walking, transferring, and repositioning as needed

Split Shift Schedule: This caregiver position requires a split shift schedule, as follows:

• Monday to Saturday:
• 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (morning shift)
• 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM (evening shift)
• Sunday:
• 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM (morning shift)
• 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM (evening shift)

Caregiver Requirements: To be considered for this caregiver position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Certifications and Clearances

• Current Home Care Aide Registry
• TB Test

Experience and Qualities

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate records of services provided
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and their families

Personal Qualities

• Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
