Job Purpose: Join our dynamic team as a Fraud Specialist! We're seeking a self-motivated individual to play a crucial part in supporting our Fraud and Compliance Teams. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth client onboarding and continuous monitoring across all business lines. What Your Responsibilities Will Look Like:

· Handle AML/KYC onboarding processes and alerts.

· Handle OFAC processes and alerts.

· Keep documentation and work produced for AML and KYC alerts and processes.

· Monitor higher-risk clients to maintain internal risk scoring.

· Handle miscellaneous fraud-related escalations.

· Document fraud incidents and identified risks.

Requirements

Qualifications to Be a Fraud Specialist:

· Highly organized and self-motivated.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and see them through to completion.

· Exhibits a high tolerance for rapid change and manages change effectively.

· Strong interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.

· Able to work collaboratively with others to move toward a common vision or goal.

· Knowledge of statistics and other analytical tools.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· A minimum of one year of prior experience in banking, finance, compliance, or call center environment.

Good-to-Have Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in a business, data science, or criminal justice related field.

· One-year prior experience in a fraud, BSA/AML, KYC, or OFAC related position

· Prior SQL or VBA experience.
