Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and execute demand generation and ABM programs across marketing and sales channels.
• Drive marketing initiatives to scale inbound and outbound sales efforts.
• Collaborate with enterprise account managers and sales teams to drive awareness and generate revenue within selected large enterprise accounts.
• Execute and refine growth and revenue programs and campaigns based on data-driven insights.
• Understand account portfolios and prioritize accounts for strategic execution.
• Analyze key prospect and customer pain points, buying patterns, and business opportunities.
• Measure and report on program impacts and performance against core business KPIs.
• Deliver account research and analysis to support growth strategies.
• Partner with sales teams to ensure strong marketing and sales alignment.
• Create content and develop account-specific assets like targeted documents, executive briefings, and digital sales rooms.
• Document ABM processes and contribute to ABM roadmap development.

Qualifications :

• 3-5 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment.
• Degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a relevant discipline.
• 2 years of experience with marketing automation / CRM platforms like Marketo and Salesforce.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Clear understanding of sales processes and prospecting needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time and project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously.

Desirable Skills & Experience :

• Experience writing content for the AEC industry.
• Familiarity with ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase.
