• Execute 401K calculations and submissions, ensuring payments are accurate and timely.
• Manage federal and state payroll obligations and garnishments through Paycom.
• Handle PERA contributions and related administrative tasks.
• Perform payroll-related duties, including processing manual checks and updating employee statuses.
• Keep detailed and compliant employee records, both digital and paper-based.
• Aid in recruitment by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate smooth employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

What We're Looking For in a Payroll Specialist:

• Over 5 years of experience in payroll processing and HR support functions.
• Familiarity with Paycom is advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to see the broader perspective.
• Possesses a humble attitude, is detail-focused, and has a passion for improving processes.
