Key Human Services is Hiring a Financial Coordinator Near Wethersfield, CT

Key Human Services (Key) is one of 5 subsidiary corporations of Keystone Human Services and is governed by a community-based board of directors. Established in 1989, Key expands Keystone’s vision of community-based support programs in the State of Connecticut. Key Human Services has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Coordinator to work out of our Wethersfield, CT office. The position is responsible for supporting the department to include, but not limited to, accurate processing of daily and monthly financial transactions for Key Human Services, also identifying and communicating concerns and/or recommendations to their supervisor. Key Responsibilities: Receivables (as required) • Prepare refunds • Complete Rent Upload, room and board credit upload • Complete and send Individual Statements • Assist with completion of AR Analysis Accounts Payable/Expense Maintenance: • Coordinate and process supplier invoice activity in finance system • Maintains the AP Department email address • Review and process employee expense reports • Monitor and follow-up on purchase card expenses to verify that they are being completed timely. Run weekly reports for Operations to show Purchase Card Transactions to be billed • Prepare payroll and accounts payable checks for distribution • Perform follow up as needed for any outstanding items awaiting approvals and make sure timely payments are made to the vendors and employees.
