Marketing Analyst

Handi-Foil Corp., the industry leader in the manufacture, sale, marketing and distribution of disposable aluminum bakeware has an immediate opening for the position of Marketing Analyst. This privately held company has been in business for over forty years and continues to experience strong growth year after year by focusing on our customers’ needs and introducing innovative new items, every year.

The Marketing Analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s success by providing strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to the Sales Team and Senior Management. The position will also leverage data tools and insights to develop internal reporting and selling stories.

Position Overview:

• Analyze syndicated data (NielsenIQ, Circana, etc.) in addition to a retailer’s own data to produce actionable insights and fact-based selling stories for presentations to customers.
• Prepare regular reports on Category performance, market trends and KPIs adding observations and insights. Present findings to key stakeholders, including retailers and internal senior management.
• Utilize sales, industry and market intelligence to identify business trends and opportunities.
• Interact regularly with Sales to develop strategies. May also assist Sales in the field with customer/prospect visits and presentations.
• Multi-task between projects and reporting/analytics with ability to adjust priorities based on opportunities/needs
• Assist as needed with internal projects or in the preparation of materials requested by our customers.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of related experience (CPG industry experience is preferred).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and well-developed analytical abilities.
• Highly Competent in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experienced in the use of syndicated data (NielsenIQ/Circana) to pull, interpret and analyze market POS & Household data.
• Comprehensive understanding of Marketing principles and dynamics.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
