Material Handlers are required to safely move materials through necessary checkpoints while maintaining all safety regulations and requirements. Some departments require the operation of machinery or forklifts. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with coworkers in a positive and friendly manner
- Follow all safety regulations and requirements
- Come to work on time and prepared to work the assigned shift
- Properly maintain quality of equipment
- Move materials efficiently
- Assist with on-the-job training of team members.
- Perform other duties as required by management
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior forklift experience preferred but not required
- Prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand for 12 hours
- Ability to lift 70lbs repetitively
- Ability to read and/or interpret work instructions
- RF Scanner experience a plus
