Assist in the month end / year end close to ensure timely issuance of the financial statements.

• · Assist in the monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
• · Manage the accounts receivable invoicing and posting to general ledger.
• · Initiate collections on past due invoices and resolve any issues.
• · Perform accounts payable duties and posting to general ledger.
• · Research and resolve account receivable discrepancies.
• · Process daily bank deposit and general ledger postings.
• · Research and resolve account discrepancies

• · Minimum two years accounting experience
• · Associate’s Degree may be considered with commensurate long-term experience
• · Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• · Proficient in Microsoft word and Excel
