**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Houseman/Laundry Attendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our hotel guests.

**Duties:**

- Clean and tidy all areas of the hotel including guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces

- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities

- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors

- Dust and polish furniture

- Dispose of trash and recyclables in a proper manner

- Ensure all common areas are cared for and inspected according to standards

- Notify management of any damages or repairs needed

- Adhere to hotel safety guidelines

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles preferred

- Knowledge of floor care techniques is a plus

- Understanding of hospitality industry standards

- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision

- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment is beneficial
