Order Management
- Order Entry
- Create order acknowledgement and submit to customer
- Create purchase orders and submit to factory after approval
- Responsible for providing the customer with projected factory delivery date and or expected ship date
- Advise the client and customer of changes in order status
- Update backlog
- Responsible for following all Inside Sales Policies and Procedures
- Provide freight quotes when requested
Quote Management
- Respond to inquiries within 1 business day
- Prepare quotations in either SLX, Epicor or Excel
- Review monitor and update proforma backlog report and sales opportunity reports semi-monthly
- Quote follow-up
- Support team travelers or remote offices requesting help from the field
- Provide freight quotes when requested
Claim Management
- Recording Claims in SLX
Administrative Tasks
- Order file preparation
- Handle all DHL’s for the group distributing communication
- Assisting Inside Sales Manager with credit and collections
- Electronic Filing
