Construction Superintendent
Our client is an award winning, well established General Contractor, specializing in commercial projects throughout Kentucky and surrounding states.
They are on the lookout for an experienced Superintendent to join them on a permanent basis. The right candidate will have experience of Commercial construction projects (Hotels, Offices, Retail, Hospitality, Warehouse etc.)
Our client has an excellent work culture and offers long term progression opportunities.
This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits & bonuses.
Requirements:
- 5 years experience of commercial projects
- Extensive experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
- High attention to detail and quality control
- High energy, self-starter
- Ability to interact and communicate in a professional manner with clients, realtors, and other visitors as they come to the jobsite
- Experience managing all aspects of field operations including scheduling, quality control and coordinating sub-contractors.
- Conscientious and flexible, with a strong work ethic and team-first attitude.
- Highly motivated with strong skills in time management and prioritization
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
This role is paying an excellent basic salary in addition to bonus & a generous benefits package.
