Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Field Sales Representitive to join our dedicated team. The sucessful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, promoting our products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who thirves on building relationships and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prosepect potential customers within the assigned territory
- Conduct in-person sales visits to automotive repair shops, dealerships, and other relevant businesses to present our products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions and product recommendations
- Prepare and deliver proper marketing material
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position our products
Qualifications:
- Experience in field sales and/or automotive industry or related field strongly encouraged
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-Motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Experience in using a CRM software and other sales tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assinged territory
- Reliable daily transportation
