Thissite in Williamsport MD is rapidly expanding due to absorbing theproduction responsibilities of a plant in NY that closed last year.

This is the flagship plant for the division. The team is lookingfor a true leader to manage the warehouse.

This position will be responsiblefor the efficient operations within the Williamsport warehouse.

EssentialJob Functions and Accountabilities Supervise and train the shippingreceiving and warehouse teams. Run reports out of IFS to managedaily tasks.

Ensure orders are picked accurately pack and wrappedproperly and shipped on time. Oversee creation and shipment ofdistribution orders.

Manage receipt and verification of purchaseorders from vendors. Communicate with Customer Service SalesCustomers (as required) and Trucking companies to plan pickups anddeliveries.

Assist in Ontime Delivery Warehouse and LaborEfficiency metrics. Manage and purchase shipping office materialsand dock supplies.

Manage shipping equipment. Lead safety practicesfor warehouse and dock. Identify capital required for warehouse anddock.

Manage Hazmat and chemical storage in the warehouse and onshipping documents. Working knowledge of LTL and parcel carrierssuch as UPS FedEx XPO.

Ability to resolve anyshipping receiving or warehouse issues and put corrective actionsin place to prevent reoccurrence.

Conduct Team reviews as definedbymanagement.
