US Tech Solutions is Hiring an IT Support Representative Near Wilmington, NC
Duration: 03 months contract
Job Description:
- The position will also participate in or occasionally lead projects to meet the plant's objectives, drive cost reduction efforts and participate in capacity expansion efforts.
- Assist in the management of Client’s warehouse system, as well as coordinating between planners and ERP application engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist team of engineers to provide production support and troubleshooting for 24/7 manufacturing operation.
- Work with production associates, technicians, and engineers to ensure reliable equipment operation via automated control systems and user interfaces.
- Support process and product optimization/improvement efforts.
- Some after hours, on-call support may be needed.
Experience:
1-3 years in a technical role, support role or relevant experience is ideal
Skills:
SQL, MS Windows and Microsoft Office
Education:
Bachelor’s in computer science, or Associate’s Degree with 2-3 years of experience
