- Determines the level of nursing care required to meet resident care needs.
- Develops and implements Quality Assurance Plan for clinical area to ensure all standards.
- Assists the Nurse Service Administrator in assessing, planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the functions of nursing services.
- Develops work assignments and schedules.
- Delegates tasks and duties to other levels of nursing staff.
- Documents employee evaluations, attendance, and education.
