· Creates, and documents work completed using C-Works.
· Technically skilled to maintain, troubleshoot, and properly repair equipment currently in use in a timely manner.
· Can understand overall equipment operation/function as it applies to maintenance, repair, troubleshooting and reliability of equipment sub-components.
· Skilled in the use of shop tools: lathes, drills, milling machines, welders, etc.
· Communicates effectively with operations personnel to identify and resolve abnormal/degraded equipment conditions that could negatively impact safety, quality or productivity.
· Reads and understands mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical schematics.
· Installs/troubleshoots/repairs AC and DC drives/motors
· Modifies/reads/troubleshoots/installs PLC programs.
· Fabricates and installs various electrical, piping, pneumatic and mechanical equipment.
· Rebuilds various parts/equipment.
· Must be able to pass Category 2 electrical safe work practices standards and utilize safe work practices and PPE.
