Green Mountain Camera is Vermont's largest camera store since 2005 and is locally owned and operated. We offer photographic equipment from top brands like Nikon, Canon, Sony, and more, both in-store and online. In-store sales are from our South Burlington retail location, while online orders are processed from our warehouse in Winooski. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, photo-enthusiastic individual to join our warehouse team!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders, ensuring safe packaging according to carrier guidelines.
• Receive incoming purchase orders from vendors and manage inventory distribution to our retail store, warehouse, and marketplaces adhering to destination specific requirements.
• Assist with inventory creation, management, and online listings for our Point-of-Sale system, e-commerce website, and online marketplaces.
• Process customer returns.
• Help answer customer questions over the phone, or through email and direct messaging. Our warehouse is not open to walk-in customers, so there is no direct customer contact.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
• Clearly and effectively communicate with team members to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Self-starter with critical thinking skills.
• Positive, professional attitude that is customer-focused.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, and ability to meet the physical demands of being on your feet and moving all day.
• Computer skills and familiarity with Google Drive, Microsoft Office, or similar.
• Warehouse experience, inventory management, and photography knowledge are pluses.
• Must have reliable transportation to the warehouse.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
