Rapid Building Solutions is looking for a Pre-Construction Estimator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting project information in the assembly of bids and proposals. Occasional travel is required. This position reports to the Sr. Project Manager. The candidate's essential functions will be but are not limited to evaluating bid requests, preparing detailed cost estimates, inputting and adjusting quantities with a high level of accuracy, and reviewing project documents.

Responsibilities

• Quantify materials cost, man-power hourly costs, and sub buy-outs for assigned projects
• Lead team in the creation of proposals and bids
• Develop bid documents for each project
• Prepare detailed take-offs
• Prepare detailed bid scopes for trade packages
• Manage bid list and coordinate with trade partners
• Review sub-contractor submittals
• Assist with sub-contractor buy-out
• Other related duties as assigned or needed
