Position: Tax Manager (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns
- Conduct thorough tax research and analysis
- Supervise and mentor tax preparers, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Stay updated on the latest tax regulations and policies
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting
- Extensive experience in tax preparation and review
- Demonstrated progression in the complexity, scope, and research of tax returns
- Proven experience supervising and directing the work of tax preparers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
What We Offer:
- Starting competitive salary up to $145k/yr with bonuses and with the potential to earn $200k /yr when promoted to Partner.
