Green Bay Anodizing is Hiring a Salesperson Near Wisconsin, WI

Company Overview: Green Bay Anodizing is a growing, family-owned leader in the metal finishing industry. We provide anodizing, hard coating, and trivalent chromate conversion for machine shops across the country and around the world. We have recently increased our capacity by more than 200%, and we are looking for a dedicated salesperson to help us make better use of this new capacity.

Position Overview: Green Bay Anodizing is seeking a talented outside sales representative to drive sales and revenue growth for our organization. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales and excellent communication skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the metal finishing industry while earning competitive rewards and advancing your career.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Seeking out, forming, and fostering new customer relationships as well as helping to maintain existing customer relationships throughout Wisconsin and the Midwest.

· On-board new customers and support them through the sample, quoting, and first order processes.

· Work with both customers and GBA personnel to work through any concerns

· Maintain a log of activities and expenses.

· Attend weekly sales meetings

· Accurately report expenses and activities

· Average of 3 days/week on the road making “face-to-face” sales calls (some overnight visits possible)

Requirements:

· College or technical school degree preferred

· 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience in the machining, metal finishing, tooling, or other related industry (anodizing specific experience a plus)

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

· Understanding of basic geometry

· Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

· Possess a Valid Driver’s License
