Job Summary
Our client, Firebolt, a pioneering brand illumination company, is seeking a Senior HR Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will spearhead the strategic development and implementation of HR policies and programs to foster a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and innovation.
This role is responsible for
Designing and executing HR initiatives to drive recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee development, aligning with Firebolt's mission and growth strategies.
Partnering closely with executive leadership and department heads to cultivate a culture of brand performance, connection, and stewardship.
Leading the administration of HR programs, ensuring legal compliance, risk mitigation, and employee well-being across all touchpoints of the employee lifecycle.
Overseeing payroll processing and collaborating with temporary agencies to manage payroll information.
