Job Title: IT Service Technician
Schedule: Full-time Monday Friday 8am-5pm
Primary Responsibility
The IT Service Technician will assist the IT department with installing, maintaining and configuring hardware
and software systems. As well as troubleshoot and repair network, hardware and software components. The
successful candidate will be highly service oriented with a focus on detail.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Maintain warehouse terminals to ensure maximum up-time
•Maintain weekly maintenance checklist for equipment in the office
•Working knowledge of Active Directory
•Knowledge of installing M365
•Assist with cyber security compliance
•Correspond with vendor to ensure proper amount of equipment is on hand
•Utilize help desk system to prioritize tickets
•Assist end users with issues and address concerns
•Update, modify and maintain IT documentation
•Work with printer/toner vendor
Skill and Qualifications
•Ability to effectively communicate and follow up with the customers and other departments within the
company
•Working towards or have a certification in the IT field
•Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
•Analytical and problem-solving skills
•Detail oriented, pays attention to details
•Knowledge of computer hardware and keep up-to-date with new equipment
•IBMi or AS400 series experience a plus
Physical Requirements
•Ability to lift, pull/push up to 30lbs
•Ability to sit/stand for the duration of the shift
