ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Support SSD Process changes and developments, giving input into requirements, supporting documentation, prioritization, gathering ROI, solution design discussions, testing, deployment planning and communication.
  • Collaborating with business units to challenge assumptions and deliver the best solution in to improve efficiency, profit improvement, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.
  • Support process training and knowledge through development and documentation of work instructions, user guides, and standard operating procedures to support the overall health of solutions with commercial, IT, customer care, operations, and finance teams.
  • Train, guide and support peers from other departments to support knowledge growth and alignment of processes and system usage across the organization.
  • Participate as assigned in projects / programs focused on future business applications, service excellence and organizational transformation.
  • Managing the completion of action items required for assigned projects.
  • Provide remote and onsite support to users within Customer Service and Order Entry teams on issues with systems or processes.
  • Manage and escalate any issues to ensure communication to reporter on status and timely closure.
  • Supporting program & project managers with project coordination, activities, and reporting
  • Translating organizational business needs into technical solutions and documenting solution requirements and test plans in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Collaborating with business units to challenge assumptions and deliver the best solution.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve business practices for efficiency, profit improvement, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.
  • Managing the completion of action items required for assigned projects.
  • Collaborating with Information Technology team in establishing methods to identify and implement policies and procedures that support data quality standards.
  • Function as regional process governance supporting US and Canadian application development pipeline for eCommerce, ERP, and middleware applications based on requirements gathered during process engineering workshops with users and stakeholders.
  • Developing and documenting standard operating procedures to support the overall health of solutions with commercial, IT, customer care, operations, and finance teams.
  • Demonstratable skill determining processes, data, and transactions which can be best managed across the applications and tools available to operational users.
  • Demonstratable skill developing business cases for determining ROI of company investments in process improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years of relevant / related working experience to process area assigned.
  • Experience developing process in ERP and / or MES system - Infor LN and Salesforce highly valued.
  • Proven hands-on experience in process re-engineering or optimization.
