Located in Woodridge, IL, this position shall focus primarily on assisting our plumbing service group with secondary responsibility assisting our inside sales/house accounts & procurement groups.

Duties & Responsibilities:

● Interface with clients via phone and e-mail

● Schedule/dispatch plumbing service and other trades as required

● Create and issue Purchase Orders

● Manage job cost transfers

● Manage Returns

● Manage inventory

● Manage annual service spreadsheets and databases

● Manage code compliance AHJ database uploads

● Process credit card payments

● Assist with service payroll

● RPZ entering and tracking

Qualifications:

● Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required for this position

● Must be mature, professional, personable, and have a polished delivery on all assignments

● Must be able to communicate, both written and oral, in a professional manner and represent the company in a professional manner

● Must possess good follow-through skills to finalize projects

● Previous administrative assistant experience in the service industry desired

● Previous plumbing service experience is a significant plus
