About the Role:.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining a robust quality system within our small but ambitious organization. You'll provide technical guidance and expertise to our team of inspectors and technicians, ensuring consistent quality throughout the production process.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
• Conduct and oversee product testing and inspections according to established standards.
• Analyze test data, identify non-conformances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead investigations into quality issues and identify root causes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to inspectors and technicians on quality procedures and best practices.
• Maintain and update quality control documentation.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of quality processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a process or validation engineering role, with some transition into quality control.
• Strong understanding of material science principles relevant to your industry.
• Experience developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures.
• Proficiency with quality control tools and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide gentle supervision and technical guidance to a team.
• Experience working in a small, fast-paced environment is a plus.
