Our site supervisor should be able to interpret building plans, monitor the progress of construction projects, supervise construction workers and evaluate employee performance as per following guidelines :

• Responsibilities:

· Acting as professional representatives of FORTUNE GROUP INC.

· Ensuring a clean jobsite and safe working conditions

· Building accurately and safely

· Checking all elevations, measurements, and layouts to ensure they are correct, square, plumb, and level and adhere to the plans that have been bid within the scope of Fortune Group’s contract.

· Complete a Material Takeoff for rebar / lumber / block / concrete / hardware / etc.

· Redlining plans

· Keep up with changes as directed by GC.

· To be aware of any cost implications for changes outside of contracted scope of work.

· RFI Any discrepancies or conflicts within the plans.

· Ensuring that the correct paperwork has been received: current plans, shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, etc…

· Scheduling material, subs, and labor on a daily, weekly and 3 weeks look ahead - Pumps, cranes, excavation, etc.

· Submit accurate daily & weekly reports of - Labor / Materials / Equipment / Change Orders / Schedule / etc.

· Ensure that local building codes are adhered to by passing inspections as required by local building department

· Maintaining jobsite inventory

· Confirm inventory correctness weekly.

· Manage labor on jobsite

· Confirm daily that labor is on site at the correct time, with the correct manpower, tools, and instructions.

· Ensure that production goals are being met as per project schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Concrete forming: 1 year (Required)
• Rebar installation: 1 year (Required)
• Blueprint reading: 1 year (Required)

Language:

License/Certification:
