A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING INTERN

Each day as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Caruso Eye Care is dynamic and fulfilling. In this internship, you start your week with a visit to one of our offices, camera in hand, capturing the vibrant interactions between our team and patients. You create engaging reels and content, collaborating closely with our Marketing Director. Your afternoons are spent maintaining a strong customer service experience, ensuring our online community feels heard and valued. From brainstorming creative ideas to analyzing social media metrics, every task you undertake contributes to our mission of providing exceptional eye care.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS INTERNSHIP

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Technology, or a related field
• Experience with photography and videography
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Comfort with interviewing and interacting with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Google G Suite (Google Docs, Chats, Google Forms, Google Drive, etc.)
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Reliable transportation

WORK SCHEDULE

This part-time internship (5-10 hours per week) requires bi-weekly on-site visits to our Boynton Beach (Sunday or Saturday), Royal Palm (Sunday, Monday, or Saturday), and Lake Worth Beach (any day of the week) locations. You will coordinate your visits with our marketing director to ensure your availability. The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule to accommodate your academic commitments.
