Essentially, we are building career progression into your first day with us. As a New Home Consultant, you will use your exceptional relationship-building skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong closing techniques to meet and exceed your sales targets. Primary Responsibilities:

Our New Home Consultant will be responsible for converting prospects into Future Davidson Homeowners, generating referrals, self-prospecting, and building community and Realtor relationships.

  • Welcome all guests to the community!
  • Guide customers through the home buying process while meeting sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Actively use CRM program for follow-up and marketing management
  • Demonstrate model homes, quick move-in homes, amenities, and home sites
  • Generate leads by building relationships and self-prospecting
  • Must be a strong team collaborator
  • Assist Online Sales Consultant & Marketing Team
  • Build & maintain broker relationships on an ongoing basis

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience, in homebuilding
  • Ability to manage a team of new home consultants, if applicable
  • Proven metrics and sales results (e.g. percentage of goals met or exceeded, awards and accomplishments)
  • Professional communication skills
  • Four-year degree preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation to meet established job functions
