Skyline (162 Spaces) is a beautiful, manufactured housing community in Yakima, WA and we want YOU to be our leader!
To thrive in this role:
Have experience working in Manufactured Housing or Property Management
Be proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Make prompt decisions under pressure
Must be able to live on-site
Be able to identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property
Bonus Skills
NetSuite/Manage America
Manufactured housing knowledge
