This role demands exceptional leadership, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to drive operational efficiency while delivering unparalleled guest experiences.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, engineering, and guest services.
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manage hotel staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure that all staff members are knowledgeable of hotel policies and procedures and are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Help develop and manage the hotel's budget and financial performance, including monitoring expenses and revenue streams and ensuring that financial targets are met.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that hotel operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure that all hotel facilities are properly maintained and meet or exceed guest expectations.
- Address guest complaints and resolve any issues that arise promptly and professionally.
- Maintain positive relationships with guests, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and enhance the hotel's market position.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and other senior leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations management, including supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate staff effectively.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
