Job Overview:
We are seeking a Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate various activities to ensure efficient operations within the organization.

Duties:
Answer all calls from Main desk and forward any requests to Managers or Director.

Assist Director with any projects/reports and deadlines needed for YRMC C-Suite or HHS corporate office.

Insures and assists all beds are cleaned on time from Bed Board at YRMC and reports any delays to managers on duty .Answer all calls from Main desk and forward any requests to Managers or Director.

Maintains all compliance logs up to date and inform Director monthly of progress.

Supports and maintains time clock system is functioning correctly

Timely prepares and maintains all in voices for approval

Assist to ensure compliance with policies and procedures regarding department operations, fire safety, hazardous materials and waste infection control

Maintains adequate inventory of supplies.

Complies with all organizational policies regarding ethical business practices.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in custodial, commercial cleaning, or environmental services preferred
- Knowledge of sanitization practices and OSHA regulations
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook and various office equipment
- Ability to work effectively in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
