Job Summary:
Colonial Chevrolet of Acton is seeking a highly skilled Autobody Technician to join our team. As a member of our Collision Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality repairs for our customers' vehicles. This is a full-time, salaried position with the opportunity for growth and competitive compensation. This is an individual contributor role where you will have the opportunity to use your skills and knowledge to make a meaningful impact on our customers' satisfaction with their vehicle repairs.

Responsibilities:
•Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs and provide accurate estimates for customers
•Perform a wide range of collision repairs, including body work, panel replacement, painting, and more
•Repair and replace damaged mechanical, electrical, and interior components of vehicles
•Utilize advanced equipment and technology to ensure the highest quality repairs
•Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on repair progress and answer any questions or concerns
•Keep a clean and organized work environment
•Adhere to all safety guidelines and constantly strive for excellence in quality and efficiency
Requirements:
•Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Autobody Technician
•Knowledge of vehicle repair techniques, tools, and equipment
•Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and estimates
•Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
•Excellent communication and customer service skills
•Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
•Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
