Mandatory Requirements
- Experience (10 Years)
- This is an 100% Onsite
- Level II- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of client focused requirements analysis experience in performing the duties of a business analyst, including but not limited to: conducting business and/or systems analysis, elicitation, and validation of requirements, and producing requirements documentation
- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience working on enterprise level software development projects with an active role in working with a wide range of stakeholders, including but not limited to: Customers, Project managers, technical team, and other Business Analysts.
- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience performing analysis, documentation and validation of business requirements in a software development environment
- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of business and systems analysis experience working on the implementation of enterprise systems and conducting analysis for the creation of shared enterprise components
- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of business and systems analysis experience on analyzing data and relational databases
- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of business and systems analysis experience on evaluating, identifying and leveraging data for consolidation and reuse between different systems and stakeholders
- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of creating requirements documentation, including but not limited to: Use cases, Data dictionary, Business rules catalog, Screen prototypes, Screen Specifications, and adhering to pre-established templates
- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience of working independently in conducting the full analysis of a project
- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience with business process reengineering and optimization, including analyzing and formulating To-Be processes and requirements
- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience identifying, documenting and leveraging business requirements across multiple business and technical area stakeholders.
