Primary Responsibilities, and Minimum and Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills; Ability to communicate professionally and effectively using both verbal and written communication skills;
- Highly organized & detail oriented;
- Ability to balance multiple assignments and prioritize competing demands;
- Strong keyboarding skills with hands-on experience accurately entering data into a database; and Ability to work both independently and with teams.
- Desirable: Experience with procurement/contracts/contracting process, and/or legal documents
- MS Word, Excel, MS Teams, Outlook, Oracle (PeopleSoft-NEIS), Salesforce
- Data entry to set up contracts in contract management database (Peoplesoft-NEIS)
- Provide basic procurement assistance
- Field questions and requests from multiple department areas regarding contract entry
- Note-taker for solicitation scoring committee meetings
