As a key member of our team, you will:

• Take charge of a dynamic caseload, guiding clients from their first consultation to the resolution of their case.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of injuries, losses, and damages to secure the maximum possible award.
• Provide top-tier legal services including research, drafting legal documents, and overseeing discovery processes.
• Lead and inspire our legal production staff toward achieving successful case outcomes.
• Serve as the main liaison between the firm and our clients, offering strategic advice and preparing them for all legal proceedings.
• Represent our clients across various legal settings, including mediation, depositions, and court appearances.
• Master the art of negotiation to ensure our clients receive the settlements they deserve.

Who we're looking or:

• A licensed attorney in good standing with the New Mexico Bar Association.
• A proven track record in Insurance or PI law, though we are open to training a seasoned litigator ready for a new challenge.
