This part time position is ideal for individuals looking for work-life balance. Griswold Home Care is looking for a Field Sales Representative who adheres to our philosophy of caring. This performance-based sales position will be responsible for generating business and meeting targets from a network of referral sources through community outreach and networking with individuals including hospitals, physicians, senior retirement communities, skilled nursing facilities, and the community at large.

Responsibilities:

• Be an ambassador of the Griswold Home Care brand in the market and effectively present our philosophy and service offering through group presentations, one-on-one meetings, and other avenues.
• Plan activity to maximize territory coverage of both existing and prospective accounts, develop strong, ongoing relationships with referral and community partners, including, hospitals, community agencies on aging, rehabs, assisted livings, hospices, and other home health agencies.
• Manage social media and other online platforms by creating and posting engaging and informational content on a regular basis.
• Successfully execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategies to increase market share through key account development including prospecting/diversification and call frequency/routing.
• Use a CRM system to monitor current referral relationships through tracking and reporting of daily sales call activity and planning of next steps.

Requirements:

• Must pass criminal and driving record check. An acceptable criminal record and driving check is required and must be maintained.
• Must be a driver and willing to use personal vehicle to travel to referral and other off-site locations (will be reimbursed for miles traveled).
• A Highly self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

The preferred candidate will have:

• 2 years marketing/community outreach experience, healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
• A proven track record with experience in marketing, sales, and managing customer relationships.
• A bachelor’s degree
