You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and upholding our reputation for high-quality food and service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Safely operate own vehicle to deliver pizzas to customers' homes and businesses within designated areas.
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and deliver pizzas promptly, ensuring they arrive hot and in perfect condition.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure orders are accurate and complete before delivery.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the company in a positive light during interactions with customers.
Requirements :
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Reliable vehicle with insurance coverage.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work evenings, and weekends s as needed.
- Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a team player attitude.
