Responsibilities
· Develop project scope and objectives, the identification & evaluation of options for project delivery and the preparation of a project documentations and plans
· Ensure that requirements are defined, delivered, and monitored
· Ensure quality control procedures are used correctly
· Establish the delivery project team(s) working methods
· Develop schedules and work packages for the project delivery team
· Manage hand-over of responsibility for the solution to business-as-usual support
· Build appropriate and effective business relationships.
Advise on the available standards, methods, tools, and applications relevant to own specialism and can make appropriate choices from alternatives.
Desirable Qualifications/Skills
· Any special Skillset General project management; if they have implemented projects that deliver “people solutions” (Training, content, etc.) that is a plus but not required
· Significant previous experience in within a project role.
· 5 years’ experience managing or influencing staff and projects.
· Proven success in improving the customer experience.
· Experience working within a matrix structure.
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business or related field, Masters desirable or equivalent combination of education/experience.
· Project Management certification (PMP or CAPM) from PMI
· Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt (not required)
· Experience managing processes, mitigating risk, and directing timelines.
· Skilled in strategic planning.
· Able to successfully communicate tasks across different teams.
· People solutions experience would be nice to have.
· Ability to work with a 3rd party and manage those processes.
· Implementing HR/training content would be helpful in this role, although not required.
· A background in HR Project Management would be nice to have.
· Able to effectively communicate with internal leadership and outside vendors.
· SME is not needed.
Knowledge
Stakeholder relationship management
· Collects and uses feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure effectiveness of stakeholder management.
· Implements a communications strategy, including -but not limited to- handling of complaints; problems and issues; managing resolutions; corrective actions and lessons learned; collection and dissemination of relevant information appropriately.
Project management
· Takes full responsibility for the definition and entire management from start to finish including -but not limited to- costs, schedule, resources, risks, quality, testing, documentation and change management until production with satisfactory completion of medium-scale projects (typically lasting 6-12 months, with direct business impact, teams of 3-5 and firm deadlines).
· Provides effective leadership to the project team and takes appropriate action where team performance deviates from agreed tolerances.
Third party supplier relationship management
· Develops and manages contracts with suppliers to meet key performance indicators and agreed targets, taking account of information security of third parties.
· Carries out benchmarking and makes use of supplier performance data to ensure that supplier performance is properly monitored and regularly reviewed.
· Is responsible for the management and implementation of supplier service improvement actions and programmes.

· Is fully accountable for meeting allocated technical and/or project/supervisory objectives.

· Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders who have diverse objectives
