Responsibilities:• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.• Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all onboarding processes are completed.• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and resolving conflicts.• Facilitate communication between employees and management.• Utilize HRMS and other relevant systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.• Manage employee benefits enrollment and administration.• Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and address any issues promptly.• Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payroll administration.• Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and compensation.
