Job DescriptionPosition Overview:This position reports to the Director of Compensation & Benefits and works closely with the Director of Talent & Development. The position will work to maintain and improve reporting and analytics across the HR function and will serve as the system administrator for the HRIS system. As the HRIS system admin, the role will represent Amcor Rigid Packaging as a member of the Amcor global HR system team. This position will create and manage reporting and analysis to support talent reviews, business and growth initiatives, and Human Resources key performance indicators (KPIs). Essential Responsibilities And DutiesFor each of the priority areas, this role has various levels of involvement in/responsibility for: data collection, reporting, analysis, measurement, scheduling, tracking, logistics planning and various other actions that enable successful accomplishment.
Serve as a valued business partner to the HR team to identify opportunities for improvement; analyze data and create metrics to provide HR leaders with information to drive decision-making
Proactive in building positive relationships among team members and other functions with which the team interacts.
Ability to express thoughts and findings clearly and succinctly (both written and orally); tailors communications for different audiences; listens well and effectively contributes to discussions; makes technical points understandable.
Reporting & Analytics / Continuous Improvement / Process Excellence
Data management and analysis to produce reports on Talent Summary, HR initiatives and KPIs.
Administer HR Key Metrics Dashboard reporting using Workday, SuccessFactors and/or Power BI
Compile information from multiple systems and manual sources to report on key metrics (month-end reporting, headcount, turnover, etc.)
Provide Learning Management System, Talent Acquisition, and other reports, as needed.
BU Specific Reporting - Centralized & standardize reports across business units.

Create standardized work instructions and other materials to support HR data processes.
Systems Administration & Data Management
System Administration for the Workday & SuccessFactors Talent Management System and Learning Management System and for Office 365 LMS
Enterprise-wide collaboration regarding cross system improvements, alignment, and reporting
Global level analytics - support cross system reporting
