About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Asset Protection Field Operations with a strong background in retail field management and extensive experience in in-store and shrink operations. The successful candidate will be a proven leader with the ability to create and execute strategies to mitigate factors that impact profitability in challenging markets. This role requires a deep understanding of shrink drivers and the analytical skills to identify trends for continuous improvement. The Executive Director will also be responsible for leading enterprise-wide initiatives and must have the ability to build collaborative partnerships across the organization. A key aspect of the role is talent management, including attracting, developing, and retaining a high-performing team.Candidates for this position must have a minimum of 8 years in retail field management, with a preference for those with 15 or more years of experience. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. Leadership experience in retail, healthcare, or pharmacy organizations is a must. The role involves extensive travel and requires the candidate to reside in specific states. Preferred qualifications include LP Qualified (LPQ) or LP Certified (LPC) credentials. The Executive Director will be a trusted thought partner, working closely with multiple Vice Presidents and Region Directors to deliver sustainable results and improve the company's bottom line.
