Job Description
Full-time building and grounds maintenance position at apartment complex in Arlington. Work involves cleaning, painting, minor repairs, preparing apartments for turnover, landscaping, and snow removal, under the supervision of building superintendent. 40 hours per week with overtime as needed for maintenance calls and snow removal. Residence in Arlington or nearby preferred. Driver's license required. Health insurance, vacation, sick leave and retirement plan provided. $ 23/hour or higher, depending on experience.
