Legacy Ventures Hospitality is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Atlanta, GA

The Project Manager will manage hotel and restaurant construction projects from permitting to close-out. This energetic and self-motivated person will work with a diverse team of hoteliers, restaurateurs, designers, engineers, and construction personnel to manage the development process on multiple renovation/adaptive reuse and ground-up construction projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Onsite contact between Legacy Ventures and the general contractor
  • Work with Legacy team and outside professionals to plan projects to include scope refinement, contractor and vendor solicitation, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Interface with designers and monitor design progression
  • Establish project budget and schedule
  • Oversee regulatory permit application and approval processes.
  • Administer contractor/vendor proposal solicitation and evaluation
  • Oversee project buyout including ordering and tracking purchased materials, and FF&E.
  • Contract administration
  • Maintain record set of project plans and specifications and address design conflict
  • Monitor, document and report on project progress
  • Solve issues that arise including anticipated budget and schedule variances
  • Ensure project quality and stakeholder satisfaction
