As Lead Customer Experience (CX) & Technical Operations Program Specialist – eCommerce, you will implement and coordinate the operational aspects of an eCommerce Marketplace site and support enhancements and related projects. You will liaise between program management, development teams, and other internal teams while having significant customer/partner engagement. You will monitor project progress and identify project issues, working with program managers, vendors, and customers and deploying resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
