Responsibilities
•Opening and maintaining files
•Prepare and file standard legal documents and correspondence
•Scheduling hearings, mediations, strategy sessions, etc.
•Handle communication with clients, witnesses etc.
•Providing status updates to clients
•Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills
•Assisting attorneys as needed
Qualifications
•Bachelor's Degree preferred
•2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant preferred
•Knowledge of family law is preferred, but not required
